Touch-Ups for Tattoos

We offer free touch-ups within three months of the tattoo being completed. For example, if you get the tattoo done January 1st, you have until April 1st to come in for the free touch-up. 

This does not include if you contact us within that time period and we cannot get you scheduled within the three-month timeframe. That's on us!

After three months, normal wear-and-tear of the tattoo will begin to take place. 

  • Touch-ups are only free if we are going over the existing work. Any changes or additions to the tattoo will be charged our minimum or hourly rate, depending on how long it takes. Free touch-ups are only for reworking of/going over the piece that is already there.
  • In the case that our artist recommended you to alter the design for longevity and you went against their advice, charging for touch-ups is at the discretion of the artist.

Deposits for Tattoo Appointments

Deposits are non-refundable. When you pay the tattoo invoice that we send to you via Square, you are agreeing to the provided text that explains that the deposit is non-refundable.

The ONLY situation in which the deposit would be considered refundable is if something were to happen to inhibit the artist from completing your appointment and we were unable to get you rescheduled. I.E. the artist left the shop, the shop had to close for an extended period of time, we close down for a snow day and reschedule slots don't work for you, etc.

The deposit amounts are as follows for all artists:

  • 1-3 hour appointments = $50 deposit
  • 4-5 hour appointments = $100 deposit
  • 6-8 hour appointments = $200 deposit

The deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Beyond 48 hours, the invoice will be cancelled unless we hear a valid reason to extend the deadline. The extension is at the discretion of our receptionist, your artist, and our owners.

Rescheduling/Cancelling your Tattoo Appoinment

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This will open the artists' schedule to another person that would like to be tattooed. Last-minute cancellations short the artist out of pay, so please let us know as soon as you can!

If you respond "no" to our confirmation text, or you call us to reschedule within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit, at the artist's discretion. Cancellations and reschedules within the 24-hour period will be required to submit another deposit to reschedule with the artist.

We understand life happens, but we ask that all clients in need of a reschedule contact the shop within a week after their missed appointment. We will give you a call either the day-of or the day after your appointment to attempt to reschedule. After that, we ask that clients contact us within a week. After a week, your deposit will be paid out to the artist for the missed appointment and we will require a new deposit to reschedule your appointment.

Piercing Information

  • Jessie Lee is a working mom, so her schedule is based on her kids' school schedule. Whatever you see on her calendar is ALL she has available.
  • She is available most Tuesday-Friday 10AM-1:30PM, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Make sure you hit "See All+" at the bottom of the piercing list to see more piercings Jessie Lee offers!
  • We do not sell jewelry without Jessie Lee present, as we do not refund you money if the jewelry selected without the piercer present does not fit as you hoped.
  • We can change out jewelry or take a look at a piercing that has been done at another shop. 
  • We will not take out jewelry that is severely infected or irritated. It is best to go to urgent care for any infections. Taking out the jewelry could close the infection into the piercing hole, which is not good!
  • Jessie Lee has retainer/plastic jewelry if you're having an MRI/medical scans done. Just stop in and we can always give that retainer jewelry to you.

Selling Supplies

  • We do not sell any supplies for piercings or tattoos to the general public. The material we buy is only for use of our piercer and the artists. We will not sell ink, needles, machines, set-up material, etc. to those that are not certified shops/artists.
  • We do not accept biohazard from anyone who chooses to tattoo in their own time. Not only is this unsanitary for our shop, but it is not our responsibility. The company we pay to handle our biohazard/waste is only for those employed or guest spotting with PMTC.
  • We will not give out recommendations for tattoo or piercing supplies/materials. That information is reserved for potential apprentices, employees, and guest artists of PMTC. We buy our materials from shop-only companies, so the general public cannot purchase/access material from them. We will not order anything for you under our shop's name.
