Our booking process may seem inflexible or complicated, but it is necessary due to the volume of requests we receive each booking round.
Please read thoroughly.
WHAT DOES 'BOOKS ARE CLOSED' MEAN?
This means that we are currently not accepting any tattoo requests and have no available appointments. Therefore, we cannot book you.
While some shops take appointments year round, due to the custom nature of our shop, we only open our books to inquiries in a specific window every few months to keep our wait times shorter.
If our shop page says "books are closed," that means that you cannot request an appointment at this time, and will have to wait for the next round. We recommend following our social media accounts through the links on our page to be notified exactly when books open, or when cancelation spots become available.
There is no way around our booking process and there are not any shortcuts to getting an appointment here. We thank you for your patience.
Booking at Paper Moon Tattoo Co. is all done online by filling out a submission form.
All you will need to do is complete this form when it is available and then sit back and wait.
The ideas and designs that focus on our individual styles will take priority and will be scheduled first.
Once we reach a predetermined amount of submissions, we will disable this form and begin sorting through our submission.
Unfortunately, we are only three artists with a limited amount of time to tattoo, and we usually cannot take on every submission. We will try to get as many of you in as humanly possible!
We will be scheduling Half Day and Full Day appointments as well as smaller designs for our Tiny Tuesday events.
Our pricing is as follows:
Our shop minimum is $100.
Adam and Jordan are $200/hour.
Cammie is $120/hour.
Deposits will be required to hold your appointment date.
Deposit amounts are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to the final tattoo price.
If your submission is chosen, someone from the shop will call the phone number you include in the submission form. You will then be sent an invoice link to submit your deposit. If you do not receive a phone call within 10 days of submitting your form, your submission may not have been chosen.
If you do not make your deposit within 48 hrs of receiving the link, your submission will be forfeited.

We are fortunate to receive more requests for tattoo work than we can accommodate at any given time, so please don’t take it personally. If your design does not fit within the artist's specialties, or they simply can't take on any new work at the moment, they will decline. We have to turn away some work because we will not compromise quality or time spent with clients to take on a higher volume. We want you to end up with an artist that has the time, interest and ability to give you the attention your tattoo deserves, and who will do an amazing job at it, even if they don't work in our shop.
